We require the membership fee to be paid in full at the time of joining. However we will gladly provide you with the necessary documents to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursements may be denied or paid at different rates depending on your insurance. We don’t submit insurance claims for concierge medicine.

As an Escape Spine Surgery member you will be seen on the same day where possible and we guarantee seeing you within 48 hours with the exception of weekends. You will be able to call your dedicated phone line to schedule with your spine concierge or schedule online through your private website portal.

While some may say there are no guarantees in life, we like to give our patients realistic expectations and make promises we can keep. We guarantee that you will receive the most cutting edge science and evidence based treatments available in the spine arena. This will be delivered by a team who are 100% committed to providing you with the best outcome possible. We guarantee that you will have front of the line access to our physicians, nurses, and concierge team and be provided all the medically indicated services listed in our program as promised. If at the end of the 90 day period you and your medical team feel that you still need a level 2 endoscopic decompression surgery, we will perform that procedure at a reduced rate.

Escape Spine Surgery is a program designed to avoid complex spine surgeries. If you have been told you need a revision this program may be for you.

There are some financing companies we can direct you towards, however the full fee is due at the beginning of the program.

Upon joining the program you will liaise with a dedicated concierge to answer any/all questions and assist you on this journey. Your medical team will consist of nurses, board certified pain/rehabilitation physicians, a fellowship trained spine surgeon, chiropractors and physical therapists. You will be in the hands of world class doctors.

As a member of our program, you will receive front of the line scheduling for any medical procedure that is part of the program as well as one-two week scheduling for surgery should you wish to go ahead with an endoscopic spine surgery at the completion of the program or at any time during the process. You will also have a phone line with access to a concierge to answer your questions but most importantly you will have cell phone access to the medical team, clinic leadership and program CEO.

Our team has performed over 21,000 minimally invasive procedures/injections as well as thousands of spine surgeries. We have a narrow focus because we want to be the best at what we do, ensuring you get the safest, most effective care.

Our Escape Spine Surgery Concierge program is intentionally very limited and exclusive. We accept no more than 12 new patients per month and all potential applicants are closely vetted by our medical team before a decision is made to extend a membership offer. New members may join the first and third friday of every month. Our program is highly personalised and the membership numbers reflect this.

There is no real downtime from the escape spine surgery program. If you end up needing a level 1 endoscopic surgery there is about 24 hrs downtime and a level 2 endoscopic surgery would be 48-72 hrs of downtime. Every case is individual, however, in some instances there will be weightlifting or heavy labor restriction for level 2 surgeries for 6-8 weeks. It is also important to remember that even after a Level 2 surgery you will be walking out of the surgery center within hours of the procedure.

A traditional spinal fusion is a complex, invasive surgery that often entails the use of metal rods and screws in the patient’s spine. A traditional open decompression laminectomy/discectomy requires a larger incision and removes chunks of bone. Cutting through important muscles and bones that may destabilize the spine over time. Endoscopic decompression removes millimeters of discs/bone through dilated muscle and uses an incision between 4mm-7mm to preserve the joint and prevent destabilization of the spine.

The beauty of the endoscopic surgery our doctors perform is that you will walk out of the surgery center the same day and with the exception of certain sports activities, that require a slightly longer period before resuming, you will be able to resume your daily life immediately!
